How Does Mariko Shinoda Feel Right Before The AKB48 Annual Election?

Right before The Third Annual AKB 48 Election on June 9, Mariko Shinoda had an interview and talked about how she feels about it.

There are members called 'Seven Goddess' in the past two annual elections. They were in the top seven two years in a row. These 'Seven Goddess' are : Atsuko Maeda, Yuko Oshima, Minami Takahashi, Mariko Shinoda, Tomomi Itano, Haruna Kojima, and Mayu Watanabe, however, this third annual election may cuase some changes.

They appeared on 'SMAPxSMAP' on June 6, and sixteen of these AKB 48 members sang the medley of 'Heavy Rotation, Ponny-Tale and Chou Chou, and Everyday Katyusha'. During the conversation with the SMAP members, Masahiro Nakai of SMAP asked, 'So the election in in three days?", and the members nodded nervously. Then Mariko Shinoda among the 'Seven Goddess'said "I wanna be ranked higher than the last time", everybody nodded again. They do not know the results until June 9, but most people expect Shinoda to be in the top seven again. However, as mentioned above, there might be some changes in the top seven members.

Yuko Oshima was in the center of the conversation. Nakai said to Oshima, "So you kept smiling during your performance", she responded, "I was glad to see all of your faces saying 'I want you~!' sticking out your butts". Atsuko Maeda appeared her presence next to Oshima with a big smile. It is expected that these two will remain at the very top of the ranking.
