'I Want You To Be Successful": Mari Yaguchi Supports Her Young Husband

Mari Yaguchi (28) reported her marriage last month to Masaya Nakamura (25) who is an actor and three years younger than her. Because of their 47.5cm height difference and the fact that Yaguchi is earning more than Nakamura, it was called a 'marriage with gap'.

On June 6, Yaguchi talked about her marriage and income gap in 'Hirunandesu' (Nihon TV).

Although all the guys she had dated in the past were older than her, her income was higher than theirs in most cases. They often made sarcastic comments like "You go to work again?", or "Gees, you earn so much". She used to go to work feeling guilty.

"It's so much easier with him now", says Yaguchi. She supports hims saying "You just need to earn as much as I do when you are at my age". Yaguchi's husband sent a message to the show. He said, "She apologizes when she cannot make dinner because of her work. I know that she worries about me now, but don't worry about it, we can laugh at our current difficult times in the future". According to him, Yaguchi is a bright wife with a lots of humor.

When Yaguchi heard his message, she rather took it humbly.She said she needs to grow more as a wife, and smiled saying "Let's walk together hand in had. I will follow you". Throughout the show, she cared for her young husband, and everyone in the studio was so impressed with her.

She is 28 year old, only three years older than her husband, but she wishes him to be a big actor and promises to support him. She will be a truly great wife for him with her caring heart and wit that we see on TV.
