Why actor Hiroyuki Nagato announces the Alzheimer for his wife

Japanese actor, Hiroyuki, Nagato,who passed away on 21 May 2011, is known that he had taken care of his late wife, Yoko Minamidain his house for four years who had been suffered from Alzheimer and this story penetrated to the inner heart of the audience.

However some people are not happy for the news to be announced that the leading Japanese actress, Yoko Minamida, received nursing care from his husband.

Why did Nagato decide to announce the real figure of his wife?
